This research is R&D research with procedural model that adapts the research and development procedure according 4D model by involving 4 major steps: 1) Define 2) Design 3) Develop 4) Disseminate. This research is did until develop step on part quantitative testing (trying test big scale). The research instrument consist of validation thread, assessment thread, student response thread, and observation thread. Assessment of module quality and student response use Likert scale which is made in form checklists. But for product done beside it also use description of learning activity. The result of this research are 1) Developed applied physics module with topic temperature and heat for SMK pharmacy program 2)The quality of applied physics module is very good based the assessment of material expert of physics, material expert of pharmacy, and SMK teacher physics with a sequential average score 3,86; 3,67; and 3,63. But by graphica expert, the module has good value with average score 3,21. Response of student on trying test small scale include very good category with score 3,40 and trying test big scale include good category with score 3,14.
