Improvement of services have always been performed to maintain customer satisfaction. The growing of technology leads to the development of mobile banking application by the banking institution to fulfill the customer?s need. Queuing is never an enjoyable activity to customer. The uncertainty of the serving time and the inability to perform other activities while waiting in line is a major factor that causes people to avoid any queuing process. The result of this research is a banking customer queuing system that is connected real time through the internet network. Bank-party applications can display information, call the next queue number, and serve as a printer that able to produce a queuing ticket with a printed QRCode on it. Customers can scan QRCode or by inserting a sync code to perform synchronization of a queue. Then the customer can monitor the queue through their android smartphone.
