This research was categoried as research \& development (R \& D) by using the ADDIE model but in this study only used Analisys, Design, and Development. The assessment instrument and student responses organized as questionnaire of four components. Products was assessed and validated by bioloy expert and media expert. Product was also assessed by 3 peer reviewers. Definite implementation was assessed by 2 biology teachers and 15 students of MAN LAB UIN. The qualitative data was convered into uantitative score. Based on the assessment of biology expert, media expert, peer reviewers, biology teachers, and stdent, the prodct qualities are good, very good, very good, very good, and very good with ideal percentages of 76.25\%, 85.45\% , 86.44\%, 94.44\% and 85.04\% respectively. The results shower that the product was Categoriez as very good with an average score of 428.7 with ideal perentase 86, 61\%. Thus, biology worksheet based inquiry is feasible to used as an alternative biology learning source of for high school.} }
