description: Investors have many choices in their alternative investments. Before deciding  to invest, usually the investors will do the research first in order to make their  investments give more profit for them. In this research, there are many  information can consider by the investors to influence the investment decision.  The discussion about the issues of the investment decision is important, because  there are many cases of investment frauds. The decision of investment is made to  give more profit for the investors and it is a line as Islamic rule. This research  aims to find the empirical evidences about the influence of neutral information,  accounting information, advocate recommendation, perception and the investor  motivation toward the decision of syariah stock investment.  The independent variables of this research are neutral information, accounting  information, advocate recommendation, perception, and motivation. Whereas, the  dependent variable in this research is the decision of syariah stock investment.  The form of data that used in this research is primary data. The primary data are  obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires. The method that used  in this research is purposive sampling, it is taken from 84 investors out of 189  total investors in UIN Sunan Kalijaga who invest syariah stock in PT OSO  Securities as the research sample. The tests that used to evaluate the instrument of  the research are validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption. Then, the  data are analyzed quantitatively by using the multiple linear regression method  with SPSS 17.  The results showed that the variables of neutral information, accounting  information, advocate recommendation, perception and motivation simultaneously  influenced the syariah stock decision in PT. OSO Securities. Furthermore, the  variables of accounting information, advocate recommendation, and motivation  partially have positive and significant influence in the syariah stock investment  decision in PT OSO Securities. In the other hand, the neutral information and  perception variable did not give an effect to the syariah stock investment decision  in PT OSO Securities.
