This technology is useful to maintenance the data and application. In the other side, there are many companys offers this technology freely for the smartphone and computer users with certain limit. It has two important components; Dropbox and Google Drive. Dropbox give for about 2 Gigabyte as a space capacity. Whereas, Google Drive gives 15 Gigabyte as a space capacity. This research focuses on Dropbox and Google Drive applications in the Cloud Computing Technology. In this research, the writer uses Boehm’s approach which introduces in 1976. According to Boehm, there are 3 matrixes in evaluating the software; Accountability, Device Efficiency, and Accessibility. These matrixes are supposed to be a knife to evaluate and find the efficiency of the software. The object research which is used in this research is Dropbox application and Google drive. This research uses characteristic evaluation (As-is Utility). Efficiency factors, is one factor in this aspect to evaluate quality-class of software xviii efficiency. This method is run by 3 matrixes; Accountability, Devices Efficiency, and Accessibility. Finally, according to the data above, the writer gets two kind of the hypothesis; 1. The Quality of software is categorized as good or high when the presentation which occurs on evaluating software is low. It means that presentation occurs on evaluating software is inversely proportional with the quality of the software. 2. The presentation of evaluating software; Dropbox 31, 3% and Google Drive 28%.
