        abstract = {The Stiper Agriculture Institute of Yogyakarta is one of the universities in
Yogyakarta, which has been using the system for academic information in helping the
process of academic transactions. KHS-Online system is part of the information
systems Instiper of Yogyakarta. This system helps students to view their score by
online and helps University to record data of students. But the system did not used
optimally by students because there are some things which often complained by
students. Therefore need to do testing to detect errors that occur on the system, and the
test results are expected to be used by developers to fix the system.
This testing is done based on McCall?s quality factors specially on product
operations. Product operations factor is factors that are related to the requirement that
directly affect the daily operations of the software. McCall factors relating to the nature
of the operational software is correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability.
After testing, we found that the value of correctness is 81,94\%{$\pm$}31,28\%,
reliability is 88,42\%{$\pm$}19\%, efficiency is 89,84\%{$\pm$}72,42\%, integrity is 49.78\%{$\pm$}8,57\%
and usability consisting of operability and training metrics that are each worth
72.06\%{$\pm$}17,34\% and 29.39{$\pm$}13.10 seconds.}
