        abstract = {Reservation system is the one of information system which are developed UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The function is to facilitate reservation process and observe all UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta activities ongoing real-time. The important factor that must be considered in the development of a system is the quality of its software. Therefore needed testing of the Reservation system. Testing was conducted according to theory of McCall's Quality factor product operations. Product operations include factors related to requirement which affect the daily operations of a software. The factors of product operations are correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability. After testing resulting the system has a percent of correctness factors 33,33\%, reliability factors 71,45\%, efficiency factors 93,72\%, integrity factors 47,56\%, and usability factors 82,94\%. It can be concluded that the overall system has a good quality software according to the theory of McCall's Quality.}
