Collecting data tools used were Subjective Well Being scale with reliability coefficient 0,938 (α = 0,938) and gratitude scale with reliability coefficient 0,849 (α = 0,849). Quantitative Correlational methods were used in this research. Data was analized by Pearson Product Moment Correlation by software SPSS 17.00 for Windows. The result showed that hypotheses was accepted. There was positive correlation between gratitude and Subjective Well Being (p < 0,05 pearson correlation 0,698). Gratitude had effective contribution 47,5% (R2 47,5%) to Subjective Well Being.  Keywords : Subjective Well Being, Gratitude, Senior High School Teacher    INTISARI  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebersyukuran dengan kesejahteraan subjektif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 (N = 51) guru di SMA N 1 Sewon Bantul. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala Kesejahteraan subjektif dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,938 (α = 0,938) dan skala keberyukuran dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,849 (α = 0,849). Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment dari Pearson dengan bantuan software SPSS 17.00 for Windows. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Terdapat hubungan positif antara kebersyukuran dan Kesejahteraan subjektif (p < 0,05 pearson correlation 0,698). Kebersyukuran memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 47,5% (R2 47,5%) terhadap Kesejahteraan subjektif.  Kata kunci : Kesejahteraan subjektif, Kebersyukuran, Guru SMA
