"This study aims to determine library user perception of service quality based\r\nmethod Libqual in Yogyakarta Janabadra University Central Library. To measure\r\nthe quality of service of the writer used Libqual which developed by Fatmawati\r\nwith 4 demensions Affect of Service, Information Control, Library as Place and\r\nPersonal Control. This type of research is quantitative research. The variables in\r\nthis study is a single variable that library user perception of service quality based\r\nmethod Libqual in Yogyakarta Janabadra University Central Library. The\r\nsampling technique in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling\r\nmethod. The sample in this study amounted to 609 library users. Slovin’s Formula\r\nperceptions to determine the sample therefore persentation constraint uncertainty\r\nbecause failure sample which still can tolerance is 10% (0,1). So, with\r\npersentation uncertainty (alpha) 10% then the result is 85,9 ≈ 86. Methods of data\r\ncollection in this study is the observation, documentation and interview. Analysis\r\nof the data used is by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results can be\r\nsummarized as follows : the average value to the variable quality of service Affect\r\nof Service 3:03, so based on the average are categorized either. Information\r\nControl to variable average value of the quality of service is 3.12. so based on the\r\naverage value are categorized either. Library as place an average value to the\r\nvariable quality of service is 3:02, so based on the average are well categorized\r\nand Personal Control 3:02 of the count, the average quality of service is good. So\r\nthe results of these calculations is known that the Quality of Service in the Library\r\nof the University Centre Janabadra Yogyakarta is good, however there are some\r\nthings it is necessary or prioritized to do any improvement, such as the willingness\r\nof officers to assist trouble library user on the item needs to be improved with\r\ntraining to library to officers and to establish good communication with library\r\nuser, the availability of the internet is helpful library user in finding information\r\non items intrnet needs to be accelerated and expanded access Wifi (Wireless\r\nFidelity), availability of equipment library user library is needed to support the\r\ntask, the time needed comfort library user morning till night on the item necessary\r\nto add more hours of service at night to library user."^^ .
