In the context of a Muslim, to consume a product, that?s not only looking for the utility itself, but also maslahah (benefit) of the goods/service . To reach that benefit, the consumers always consider the problem of consumer also goods and does not contain usury, transact kosher and others. Apart from these two perspectives are basically, consumers will always consider many factors in consumption of goods/services, including the decision to use the murabahah financing at Islamic financial institutions such as the BPD DIY Cikditiro Syariah branch. This study aims to examine and explain the factors of influence the customer's decision to choose products murabahah financing at BPD DIY Cikditiro Syariah branch. The Factors to be examined is about the services, the cornerstone of Islamic principles, requirements, and easiness. The Samples taken by customers of BPD DIY Islamic murabaha financing. The sampling technique in this research using accidental sampling method, and the collection of data obtained from questionnaires/questionnaire. And Then data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods, namely analyze to determine the level of influence of independent variables (services, grounding Islamic principles, requirements, and easiness) the dependent variable (the customer's decision to choose products murabaha financing), using SPSS 17.0 software for windows in testing analysis The conclusion of this study showed that the variables of service, the cornerstone principles of sharia, needs, and ease simultaneously at the customer's decision influence significantly. The test results show only partially the variable of service, the cornerstone principles of sharia, and services that significantly influence of the customer's decision. While the variable needs, is not significantly influence the customer's decision to choose products murabaha financing.} }
