To find out how big the influence of independent variables (recruitment, work discipline, remuneration, and organizational culture) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) used multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses quantitative data. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved in this study used a total of 35 employees BPRS respondents BDW Yogyakarta. The assay used in this study is to test the validity, reliability test, and test the classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity and test heterokedastisitas. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of the recruitment process, work discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The results of this study prove and the conclusions that: (1) the recruitment process positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (2) labor discipline significant negative effect on the performance of employees (3) provision of compensation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, and (4) organizational culture positive and significant effect on employee performance.
