"Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that is needed for\r\nimproving the performance of an institution / organization. This behavior is done\r\nvoluntarily and can provide a positive contribution to the organization. This study\r\naims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment\r\non organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri\r\nYogyakarta, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior\r\n(OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta, (3) The effect of\r\norganizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)\r\nemployees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The data used in this study are\r\nprimary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 73 respondents\r\nemployees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is\r\nmultiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The\r\nresults showed that job satisfaction variables positive and significant effect on\r\norganizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment variable\r\npositive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). And\r\nvariables that have the most dominant influence on organizational citizenship\r\nbehavior (OCB) is a variable of organizational commitment. From this research,\r\nthe value of adjusted R2 of 0.480. This means that 48% variable organizational\r\ncitizenship behavior (OCB) can be explained by the independent variables namely\r\njob satisfaction and organizational commitment and the remaining 52% is\r\nexplained by other variables outside the equation."^^ .
