Syafiq Mahmadah Hanafi, M.Ag. abstract: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that is needed for improving the performance of an institution / organization. This behavior is done voluntarily and can provide a positive contribution to the organization. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta, (3) The effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The total sample of 73 respondents employees BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that job satisfaction variables positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment variable positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). And variables that have the most dominant influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a variable of organizational commitment. From this research, the value of adjusted R2 of 0.480.
