abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence between size of board of directors, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership to the value of non performing financing at the islamic banking in Indonesia. This study used panel data, pooling from 2012-2015, using purposive sampling this study obtain 8 islamic bankings as the research sample. The test of this study using descriptive statistic, the model selection test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothsis test. The results showed simultaneously size of board of directors, board of commissioner, independent commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership have significant impact to NPF. Partially, showed that size of board of directors, independent commissioners, and institutional ownership has insignificant impact to NPF. Variable that have significant impact to NPF only board of commissioners and audit committee.
