The importance of the role of manager to provide what is needed employees to the need for good communication between leaders and employees to give each other feedback. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of working life, motivation, leadership style and internal communications to employees performance BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri. Samples were employees of BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri with the number 56, hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis, sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research results obtained in this study indicate that the hypothesis is accepted that there are significant quality of work life on employee performance BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri with a significance level of 0.004, while the motivation does not affect the performance with a significance level of 0.600 then the style of leadership and internal communication is also not affect the performance of each employee with a significance level is 0.801 and 0.333. Statistical analysis of the results showed that the quality of working life, motivation, leadership style and internal communication have an impact of 30.2\% remaining 70.8\% influenced by other factors.} }
