BPRS role as a financial institution channeling the higher, it can be seen from the increase in the number of finance portfolio. But the data show that in the period 2011-2015, the increase in the finance portfolio was followed by an increase in financing problems that occurred in the BPRS. This research aims to identify the factors that affect the Non Performing Financing (NPF) on BPRS in Indonesia, which observed from macroeconomic variables and internal bank variables. The macroeconomic variables used in this research are Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and inflation, while the internal bank variables used in this research are Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR).This research is important because the value of NPF BPRS during the period 2011-2015 is fluctuated but showed a positive trend or increased. The method in this research is used multiple linear regression analysis with ordinary least square (ols) method. The data used in this research using secondary data in the form of monthly time series from January 2011-Desember 2015. The results showed that GDP, FDR and CAR affect positively and significantly on the NPF. While inflation did not significantly affect on the NPF.} }
