This research is R & D, which refers to the development of the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) that was developed by S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. The measures undertaken in this research that define stage, design stage, develop stage and disseminate stage. This study was conducted to Develop stages on extensive test phase. The research instrument in the form of sheets of criticism and suggestions for validator, sheet quality assessment modules using a Likert scale was made in the form of a checklist to subject matter experts, media specialists, and teachers. For the response of learners in the form of sheet using a Likert scale questionnaire created in the form of a checklist.
