abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of EVA momentum, CR, NPM and DER to the MVA. The samples in this study were taken by using purposive sampling method and obtained 11 samples of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The period used in the study was 5 years ie from 2011 to 2015. The analytical method used is the method of panel data regression with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and using Eviews 8 program. One theory used in this research is the theory of signal. The results of this study indicate that the partial testing, EVA momentum and CR don't have any significant effect to MVA, while variables of DER and NPM have positive significant effect to MVA. Simultaneous testing indicates that the variables of EVA momentum, CR, NPM and DER have positive significant effect to MVA with a value of 74,33% and the remaining 25,67% was influenced by other variables that are not in the study.
