This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from questionnaire. The population in this research is all employees BPRS Rise Drajat Citizens (BDW) Yogyakarta. Sampling techniques in this research done by the method of simple random sampling. Samples obtained as much as 35 respondents. The type of data that is used is the primary data.The method used is the data collection with the use of the questionnaire. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. processed using the help of software SPSS version 17.0. The results of this research shows that: 1) internal control system have positive and significant impact on the implementation of good corporate governance. 2) culture organization have positive and significant impact on the implementation of good corporate governance. 3) leadership style does not have positive and significant impact on the implementation of good corporate governance. 4) the commitment of the organization does not have positive and significa} }
