In this study there is only one variable (single variable), which is the response force library science students in 2013 against laboratory functions library. This study uses a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Subject used was a student of library science faculty in 2013 Force civilized and cultural sciences. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Population and samples taken as many as 88 students by distributing questionnaires using accidental sampling technique. Variable utilization translated into three indicators, namely skills kognitif, afaktif skills, psychomotor skills. From the score of the overall average of 3.04 obtained so based on that value be categorized that Library Science Student Response Force in 2013 with the function of the library laboratory culture and humanities faculty UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is quite good. Based on the research results, there are several recommendations dberikan by researchers to a research site. where these recommendations are taken based on the value of the lowest statement. The recommendations include giving and cultivate the courage to seek the true nature and science laboratories and libraries should meresulusi show changes not only started from the laboratory function library.
