This study measured factors BMT member satisfaction with the independent variables, namely, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The population in this study are members of savers at BMT Syirkah Muawanah Nahdlatul Ulama` Kramat Kebumen Branch. Samples taken as many as 85 respondents using snowball sampling method. The data were analyzed quantitatively by multiple linear regression method using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on calculations, it can be seen that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, and empathy significant impact on member satisfaction BMT Syirkah Muawanah Nahdlatul Ulama` Kramat Kebumen Branch. While variable assurance no significant impact on member satisfaction BMT Syirkah Muawanah Nahdlatul Ulama` Kebumen Branch.} }
