"The aims of this research is to find out how five positive demeanors that\r\nsupport interpersonal communication applied in learning process between teacher\r\nand student in SLB/B-C DHARMA WANITA of Madiun City. This study uses\r\ndescriptive qualitative method. The collecting data of the research uses interview\r\nand observation in order to analyze the qualitative data the writer uses inductive\r\nmethod. Inductive analysis is about specific data collected by the writer from field\r\nbecome units.\r\nIt can not be denied communication process for some people who have\r\ndisorder and limitation become obstacle in communication with another people. It\r\nis not only communication with another people, children who have disorder is hard\r\nto receive lesson given by the teacher in their school. Yet, there is one SLB in\r\nMadiun made the writer interested. Even though the teacher and the student have\r\nlimitation (people who is slow in understanding), this school is able to make\r\nstudents with achievements. It can be proved by trophies they had from any kind of\r\ncontest. It is called SLB/B-C DHARMA WANITA of Madiun City. Therefore, the\r\nwriter is interested to analyse how five positive demeanor that support interpersonal\r\ncommunication is applied in the learning process between teacher and student of\r\nSenior High School, which contain student who have disorder in understanding, in\r\nSLB/B-C DHARMA WANITA of Madiun City\r\nAccording to the result of the data that has been analyzed, the writer\r\nconcludes that in learning process between teacher and students in SLB/B-C\r\nDHARMA WANITA of Madiun City need five positive demeanors which support\r\ninterpersonalcommunication. Because of that, teaching students with special needs\r\nis indeed need patience, caring soul, and extra carefulness. Students with special\r\nneeds not only need academic lesson but also the habitual to socialize with the other\r\nis more important. Besides, they need to be taught some skills that make them\r\nalways feels happy and respected by people around them so that when they\r\ngraduates they won’t be underestimated by people who is perfect than them."^^ .
