The famous building is magnificent and full of visitors has two floors and one basement. To support the learning facilities of visitors, Grhatama Library has been using and providing network technology WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network). The downside of this wireless network is when the number of nodes that are connected more and more, the delay that occurs in each packet transmission will be greater. Besides, the electricity flow instabilities can also affect the performance of the network performance. This research tries to analyze the reliability of the network performance WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) uses QOS (Quaity of Service). Using quantitative methods as collecting data to determine how much reliability on the WLAN network performance Grhatama Library, an analysis of network performance parameter measurements should be done. Analysis of WLAN network performance reliability at Grhatama Library concern on the monitoring and measurement of parameters of bandwidth, delay, and packet loss on the network infrastructure that already exists. Moreover, the reliability values were also obtained from the reduction of its uptime and downtime viewed through Log PRTG. The results of reliability analysis on the WLAN network performance Grhatama Pustaka Library can already be classed as a good network. It is known from the results of reliability approaching 100\%. In addition, from the results of the QOS parameters is known that the highest bandwidth is 205,1 KBps, delay values around 190 ms and packet loss values in range 15\% from the second floor. Therefore, it can be concluded that the reliability of the system performance of network devices are still working and properly maintained.} }
