abstract: Problematic in making decisions is choose a set of alternatives based on
many criterias. The decision maker has to choose one alternative from several
alternatives based on criterias as the decision. Selection election exemplary employee
in an agency is just one case in point .
In selecting an exemplary employee , the management company will be
faced with the problem set of candidate selection with many of the criterias that will
be used as a selection parameter. One way to help overcome the problem is to apply
the model of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making ( FMADM ) using Simple
Additive weighting method ( SAW ) .
This study uses a data sample of employees at PT . Aseli Dagadu Djokdja.
The sample data obtained and implemented into the system that has been designed ,
so that the system will make a recommendation exemplary employee elected. This
system can help the management of human resources , especially in PT. Aseli Dagadu
Djokdja. Test had done with results are functional system is 100% and interface
system is 87,2 %
