Si. %T PENGARUH PENERAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP CITRA PERUSAHAAN BNI SYARIAH CABANG YOGYAKARTA %X The objective of the research is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs (community support, diversity, environment, and product) to corporate image. The respondent populations are 100 customers in branch of BNI Syariah Yogyakarta who have been selected by simple random sampling method. The research analysis is the multiple regression models. Adjusted R Square (R2) shows 0,481. Adjusted R Square shows the simultaneuos relationship between independent variables and dependent variable which explained by level 48,1 percent. The research’s result show that all of the independent variables (community support, diversity, environment, and product) influence the corporate image.
