This study was conducted to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, profitability, capital structure, and the size of the company to corporate value. The data used in this study was obtained from the company's financial report data property and real estate registered in Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the years 2011-2015. The sample selection using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used as many as nine companies. Variables used in this research is the institutional ownership, profitability, capital structure, and the size of the company as an independent variable and Value (Tobins'Q) as the dependent variable. In this study, the method used is the method of panel data regression. The results showed that simultaneous institutional ownership variable, profitability, capital structure and the size of the company's positive effect on firm value. While partially institutional ownership variable and Profitability significant positive effect on firm value. Capital structure and significant negative effect on firm value. Whereas the variable firm size does not affect the value of the company.
