"One of Sharia Bank service is to distribute loans to the real sector. It gives\r\nhope to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector which still low\r\nfinancing. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of variables to\r\nfinance Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bank Sharia and sharia\r\nbusiness units in Indonesia. In general SMEs look for financing in the form of\r\ncapital to the Bank Sharia.\r\nIn this study, the writer discuss about the factors that affect the amount of\r\nfinancing of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The writer uses several\r\nvariables including Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Third\r\nParty Fund, Non Performing Financing (NPF) and inflation. In addition, the\r\nwriter here focuses on the research object that is Bank Sharia and Sharia\r\nBusiness Unit in Indonesia during observation period; January 2012 to December\r\n2014.\r\nThe results of testing with multiple linear regression analysis shows that\r\nThird Party Fund and the inflation simultaneously effect on financing Small and\r\nMedium Enterprises (SMEs) and partially effect on Third Party Fund, Non\r\nPerforming Financing (NPF) and inflation has significant effect on the financing\r\nof SMEs sector in Indonesia."^^ .
