The population in this research is the entire public accounting firm in Bekasi, Surakarta and Yogyakarta that employs junior auditor. The results showed that promotion opportunities has a strong significant positive impact to the junior auditor job satisfaction; work experience of senior auditor did not affect significantly to job satisfaction of junior accountant and senior auditor treatment, but have a strong positive significant effect to senior auditors' supervision; a senior auditor treatment has a strong significant to junior accountant job satisfaction; supervision has no significant effect to the job satisfaction of junior accountant.
