Although since 2010 has imposed an integrated character education in schools, but these conditions show the process of character education has not been done properly. It mainly occurred in elementary schools (ES) and madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI). Because at this level the formation of attitudes is a major concern compared the cognitive and psychomotor. The learning process is integrated with characters learning various subjects in primary schools and madrasah, or in curricular and extracurricular activities, should be done with the support of action away from labeling activity to students, both negative and positive label label. That?s because the labeling of students creates a fixed mindset on students whose destructive impact on the personality and character of the future. To optimize the implementation of character education in ES/MI necessary process of character education that is free of labeling and reprogramming of the students who have a fixed mindset to be replaced with a growing mindset that is more empowering.
