Research on the distribution and abundance of mangrove vegetation in Bogowonto lagoons conducted in April-August 2015. The aim of the research is to study the mangrove vegetation in Bogowonto lagoons, distribution and abundance and relationship with the physical- chemical parameters measured. Retrieval of data obtained using methods stratified random sapling to create a plot (10m x 10m) at each study site. Based on the research results found 9 species with the type growthform tree, sapling and seedling (Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina, Bruguiera gymnorhyza, Nypa fruticans, Rhizophora mucronata, Sonneratia alba, Sonneratia caseolaris, Pandanus odoratissima, Terminalia cattapa) and 8 species of floor vegetation (Acanthus illicifolius, Calotropis gigantea, Derris heterophylla, Ipomoea pes-capre, Imperata cylindvrica, Cynodon dactylon, Wedelia trilobata, Penisetum purpureum). The most abundant mangrove species at each study site is Rhizopora mucronata from growthform tree, sapling and seedling, while life form of floor vegetation is bush of mangrove Acanthus illicifolius. Based on the analysis CCA presence and abundance of some mangroves in the lagoon Bogowonto influenced by the parameters of physical-chemical measured is the intensity of light, air temperature, soil temperature, soil moisture, soil pH, organic C, total-N, P2O5 and are available of potassium with grouping varied.
