The sampling method is purposive sampling obtained from respondents member BMT itself, where Musharaka already as masyarakah need for capital. The method used by SPSS 19.0. The test results showed that simultaneous musyarakah significant effect on merchant satisfaction BMT Beringharjo of 0.028.
