abstract: Capital structure is one of the fundamental factors in firm operations.
Capital structure is defined as the proportion of funding illustration companies
consisting debt dan equity that is the source of funds of companies. The funding
source could come from internal funds or external companies. Capital structure is
one that should be considered by investors before making an investment. This is
because the capital structure to give a statement and give informative signal
about the level of debt to equity ratio. This research was conducted to analyze the
influence of capital expenditure, profitability, size, and bond rating on capital
structure.
This study uses secondary data with data derived from sources Indonesia Stock
Exchange and Credit Rating Agency. The sampling technique used purposive
sampling. The sample in this study is 25 companies listed in Indonesian Syaria
Stock Index (ISSI) along of the years 2012-2014. The analysis technique used
Panel Regession Analysis using Eviews 8.
The results of this study indicate that in partial test, capital expenditure influences
positive significant on capital structure, profitability influences negative
significant on capital structure, firm size influences positive significant on capital
structure and, bond rating isn’t influences on capital structure.
