Humanist education in accordance with the philosophy of education Ki Hadjar Dewantara (father originator of the ideology of education in Indonesia). Humanistic education is education that implements the concept of "Tut Wuri Handayani" (currently being used as a slogan of education in Indonesia). In accordance with the nature, human beings are born different from one another. No human being is the exact same, even if they are twins. Because people have individual differences, so in the implementation of the education, the difference must be the focus of attention. Gardner distinguishes humans based on their intelligences. Humans have plural intelligences, not singular. Education will be successful if educators pay attention to the difference of of students intelligences in the learning process. Gardner discovery in this regard called multiple intellegences (musical - rhythmic, visual - spatial, verbal - linguistic, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic). Multiple Intellegences in the context of education is used as a learning strategy. The hypothesis put forward in this paper is" Education is conducted with multiple intellegences approach would generate a student of character and dignity " very strong reasons based on a logic, the environment greatly affects educational outcomes. Students are educated in an environment that is humane, it will give birth to the students (see the results of education) also humane or humanist man. Indicator of a humanist man are having high and positive character and human dignity. As variable "between" or variable "Moderator" (ie variables that bridge before the attainment of the final result) they are Character and Dignity is the ownership of knowledge on students. Their knowledge will be carried in the discourse and behavior.
