The rise of online Ojek prove their innovations made by\r\ntransporters in improving their users, beside of that there is also Ojek offline that\r\nuse usual way for marketing.\r\nBased on that background, the researchers aim to find out How Comparison of\r\nCustomer Satisfaction in Interpersonal Communication Online Ojek and Offlline\r\nOjek among students in Gadjah Mada University. The sample that used in this\r\nresearch were 100 respondents with the consideration that the sample was\r\nrepresentative enough to represent the population. In this research, data was\r\ncollecting by surveys.
