%X This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of risk management at BPRS  BDW Yogyakarta. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative, with the field data are  the results of interviews with Directors BPRS BDW Yogyakarta and BPRS BDW quarterly  financial statements published by Bank Indonesia. This study focuses on the application of  risk management at BPRS BDW through the process of risk identification, analysis, and risk  assessment, risk monitoring and risk control. The results of this study indicate that in recent  years the risk of the BRPS BDW included in the lightweight category. The barries that faced  by BPRS BDW in implementation of risk management comes from internal and external  factors. The strategies to minimize these obstacles is making sure all the bank’s activities  agree with SOP, supervising, and training the employees.  In the analysis of the BPRS BDW financial statements related with the bank’s health  showed that in the period June 2016, KPMM ratio at 15.83%, NPF ratio at 9.67%, FDR at  86.89%, ROA at 2.45% and ROE at 45.34%. the result of the health assessment of BPRS  BDW in 2015 is healthy enough.
