%X This research airned to analyze the influence of Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share, Financial Struktur and Size toward business value. The sampel of this research are 11 businesses thar registered from DES during 2012-2014. Analyze technique that used is data panel regression that using eviews 8 program. One the teoris that used in this research is signaling theory. The result of this research is testing in a partial return On Asset gives positive and significance influential toward business value, EPS gives positive and significance influential toward business value, Financial Structure gives positive and influential toward business value, FCF do not give influential toward business value and size do not give influential toward business value. The result of this research is testing in a simultan free cash flow, financial structure, earning per share, return on asset and size gives positive and significance influential toward business value.
