The experiment design was one group pre-test ? post-test design. Total of Subyeks that particepated in this study were 7 students of class X Motorcycle Engineering (TSM) cluster 2. Measurement in this study using Behavior Inventory Truancy. The method of data analysis used is a non-parametric tests using the techniques Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test score difference of two paired samples is data pre-test-post-test and post-test-followup. The results of the analysis of the pre-test and post-test using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank shows t value is -2.366 and the value of p = 0.018 (p {\ensuremath{<}}0.05). Shows a significant decline between before and after treatment. While the post-test and followup analysis results indicate t values is -0.447 and p = 0.655 (p{\ensuremath{>}} 0.05), indicating no difference between the treatment after a period of 2 weeks. Therefore, it could be concluded that cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is effective for reduce the truancy.} }
