abstract: Company, organization or individual must perform archiving of
important documents. Some institutions and big companies started to
control and handle electronic documents such as emails and so on.
One of the big companies that started to optimize the processing of
digital records is the bank, where the banking company has been
doing data input customers transactions through a system of
information database then will appear the record that is used to view
customer transactions. Bank Mandiri as one of the Indonesian stateowned
bank has been design enterprise information systems that can
also be used as an electronic records management system.
