The research ends to conclusions, that Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Yogyakarta in promoting Jogja Library for All applied four of fives strategies (based on the promoting diffusion concept of Tjiptono), that are personal selling, mass selling, sales promotion, and public relation. BPAD should much more intensify its promotion, to rise the popularity and utilization of Jogja Library for All.
