It is aimed to know librarian attitude on ?Heartbreak Library?. The data of this research are film scene ?Heartbreak Library?. To obtain the data, the researcher watches, writes, and analyses the picture and dialogue of the film. Source of this research uses primer data, film file ?Heartbreak Library?. While the secondary data the researchers used data derived from books and related to the research topic. As for the data processing method used semiotic Roland Barthes. In this study showed that the attitude of librarians contained in the movie "Heartbreak Library" is divided into five attitudes among other things: 1) the attitude of librarians towards visitor include flexible in serving, serving until complete, serve with a cheerful face, trying to do the job as good as possible. 2) attitude towards superiors librarians include: loyal and able to provide solutions not problems. 3) the attitude of librarians to colleagues include: able to put away, able to guide and direct, not arrogant or humble, and likes to hit. 4) attitudes toward self librarians include: lack of confidence, based on scientific work, emotionally to voluenter undisciplined, and dress modestly. 5) librarian attitude towards the collection include: bibliocrime oppose in any form, to love and appreciate books, and protect and maintain the collection of damage. The film is one which contains elements of moral education and especially for librarians, and that it is illustrated through scenes and dialogue displayed therein. Suggestions for further research of films is so attentive to every detail scenes and dialogue in order to obtain accurate results.} }
