%X This research is an empirical study to determine the impact of ZIS productive to the growth of micro-enterprises, employment and mustahik welfare in BAZNAS DIY. In this study, the research methodology used to be quantitative approach, analytical tools is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), it has to verified the factors that influence the welfare mustahik. The number of sample is 50 respondents in BAZNAS DIY whom are the recipients of zakat for business capital. The results of this study showed that ZIS produktif and the growth of micro enterprise have influence on mustahik welfare in a positive and significant. Futhermore, the age do not have influence on mustahik welfare
