%X This reserach is aimed (1) to understand about comprehension of librarians
Gadjah Mada University in implementing PERMENPAN-RB No.9 of 2014, (2) to
understand how well librarians perfomance in the library Gadjah Mada
University, (3) to understand impact librarians comprehension about
PERMENPAN-RB No.9 of 2014 against librarians perfomance in the library
Gadjah Mada University of Yogyakarta. This research is a combination between
descriptive quantitative and analysis of associative. Samples technique are used
samples saturated with 40 librarians. The main data are collected by distributing
quetionnaire which applies Guttman scale of two alternative answers. Meanwhile
the supporting data are collected from interview and observation. For the
calibration validity it uses reproducibility test, scalability test and reliability as
well uses Spearman-Brown. Data analysis uses mean, grandmean, correlation of
product moment, simple regression, linierity test, and hyphothesis test. This
research resulted in three conclusions; (1) librarians comprehension in the library
Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta in implementing PERMENPAN-RB No.9 of
2014 is 0,8 that categorized as good. (2) librarians perfomance in the library
Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta is 0,7 categorized as good, (3) there’s
influence between librarians comprehension about PERMENPAN-RB No.9 of
2014 of librarians perfomance in the library Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta
it uses product moment correlation with result of 0,612 with strong influenece.
The amount of influence between librarians comprehension about PERMENPANRB
No.9 of 2014 with librarians perfomance and the retrievel of level librarians
perfomance is 37,4% with result 0,374. While the value of t count is (4,765)  t
table (1,686) and that mean Ha is receive. And the value of significant is 0,199 
0,05 and that mean is the line are linier. Researcher suggest that librarians is more
understand about PERMENPAN-RB No.9 of 2014.
