description: This research was conducted to determine the general description of  teenagers who grow up in a family of fishermen in the village of Fishermen X.  subject of this research is 7 teenagers who grow up in a neighborhood of  fishermen from birth until they grow up into a teenager. This research uses a  qualitative method where data was obtained by interview and observation. The  results of this research indicate that in general the youth in the village Fishermen  X has succeeded in achieving the developmental task of adolescence. However,  there are some developmental tasks can not be accomplished prooperly. The task  of development that was good achieved, involved to accept himself and his  physical state, understand the role of sex / gender, develop independence, and  plan for the future. While the task of development can not be achieved with either  is to develop personal responsibility and social development and to internalize  moral values. The factors that affect the achievement of the tasks of adolescent  development include family factors, environmental factors around, and the factor  of individual personality.
