%X This research aims to determine the relationship between secure attachment toward coach with exercise motivation on the athlete taekwondo region of Sleman. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between secure attachment toward coach with exercise motivation on the athlete taekwondo region of Sleman. The subjects of this research are 129 athlete on the region of Sleman. The purposive sampling technique is chosen as a technique for taking samples of this research. To analyze the data in this research used the technique of Pearson’s product moment with SPSS 16.00 program for windows.  The results show that there is significant positive relationship between secure attachment toward coach with exercise motivation. It is shown by correlation coefisien (rxy) 0,772 and significant level p = 0,000 with effective coefficient R square 0,484 or 48,4%. Thus, it proves the hypothesis in this research is accepted.
