The research method that used in this research is quantitative with three scale (bullying attitude toward student with disabilities, empathy, and emotional intelligence). The scale was developed by the writer based on each aspect. This research use purposive sampling technique in five inclusive Junior High School in Yogyakarta City with total subjects was 74 male students and 74 female students. To analyze the relationship between the variables, the writer used Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the analysis shows empathy and emotional intelligence score to bullying attitudes is p=0,000 (p 0,05) which means, together, empathy and emotional intelligence have significant relationship with bullying attitude. The analysis of each predictors shows different results. Emotional intelligence have significantly negative relationship with bullying attitudes (p=0,000), while empathy doesn?t show any significant relationship with bullying attitudes (p=0,745).
