Informants in this study is the individual adults who have experienced the death of one/both parents suddenly. This research uses qualitative approach method of Phenomenology. Data retrieval method using interviews and observations. The results showed that the process of grief experienced by a third informant on the stage of shock and did not believe called shocked, do not believe, disappointed with the takdr of God, angry, and blame the destiny. The response that comes up that is confused, be quiet, and cried. At the stage of the development awareness, the process is aware of the various impacts of the death, such as less of the financial, occurred obstacles in resolve of the problems because of the death and lost the role of the deceased, felt guilty about being unable to appease parents, lost happiness, blame fate, and arose various conflicts with the family members. Response at this stage is to feel a deep sadness. At the stage of a recovery, and troubleshooting the informant received death and entrusted the life of God. The definition of grief that appeared in informant was the death regardless of the age of reason, and there is a God at every event, so while losing informants felt disappointed and tend to blame God's destiny. Another meaning when experiencing loss i.e. loss of an important figure in the family is a source of happiness, an exemplary figure, and a figure that is capable being giver comfort of family.
