abstract: These research prove to analize frame which used Republika daily at
“Bom terror occurred in Sarinah Thamrin Jakarta” News, use Zhongdang Pan and
Gerald M. Koscki Theory. Every daily newspaper is using variative framing,
improved with ideology and dispensations redactional that daily newspaper. News
served in newspaper is a reality constructions served with dispensatioins of their
newspapers. In this case, Republika daily proved this case as headline for a week,
with serve interesting news readable of reader. From terrorism, till country case
and what accurate step must be done of Indonesian government after tragedy.
These research is Library Research with textual materials (specially theory
discuss). Data research did with secondary data (not primary data). Analysis
technique used are qualitative analysis including resume, explication, steping, and
interpretation.
Result of these research to show that framing Repiblika Daily is important
to serve news Bom Terror at Thamrin Jakarta Tragedy, that report served law,
sociality, and politics. Nowhere, Republika Daily more consentration what report
and government step to solving and hold probability terrorism in a future than to
discuss who a terrorist whom identic with Islam.
