abstract: SMEs have important role in promoting economic growth in Indonesia. In
Indonesia, there are various types of SMEs that are spreadout throughout the
region. Commonly, the issue of SMEs in general is the problem of capital. To
overcome this issue, there is a model named financial inclusion to encourage the
financial system to be accessible by society. Financial inclusion is a means t
promote financial sector specially for easy banking service and financial access
for people.
The purpose of this study to determine the role of financial inclusion to the
development of capital SMEs through service, accessibility and monitoring to
members of PLUT-KUMKM DIY. This research is quantitative research. The
population of this study were members of PLUT-KUMKM DIY and sample in
this study were taken using the purposive sampling method. Data collection
methods use in this study was a questionnaire, documentation and interviews.
Methods of data analysis in this research is test instrument, classic assumption test
and test hypotheses using spss 19.00.
Based on the analysis of partial t test service on development capital of
SMEsshow that significant value is obtained for 0,443 ≥ 0.05 and t stat (-0,776) ≤
t table (2.03951). This means that service is a significant negative effect on
development capital of SMEs.Accessibility to development capital of SMEsshows
that the significance value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and t stat (4.240) ≥ t table (2.03951).
This means that accessibility is a significant positive effect on development
capital of SMEs. While monitoring on development capital of SMEsshows that
the significance probability values obtained at 0.000 ≥ 0.05 and t stat (2,119) ≥ t
table (2.03951). This means that monitoring is a significant positive effect on
development capital of SMEs.
