The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 35 employees in the office of the BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The data collection using questonnaires. Data analysis in this research using a multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that there is a negative effect of organization?s commitment on the tendencey of accounting fraud, there is a negative effect of compensation?s system on the tendency of accounting fraud, and there is a negative effect of organization?s culture on the tendency of accounting fraud.} }
