This research is aimed to know the presence or absence of socio cultural influence and the comprehension of riba law on the customer decision to choose shariah bank. This research is aimed to know about the presence or absence of socio-cultural influences and comprehension of riba law on the customer decision in choosing sharia bank. The respondents of this research arethe customers of Bank Muamalat in Yogyakarta. Data are collected by using survey techniquethrough distributing Likert's scale questionnaires with purposive sampling methodto 100 respondents. Thedata analysis technique which used in this research is multiple linear regression by using simultaneous test (F-test), coefficient of determination (R2 test), and partial test (t-test)that use SPSS 20. This research showed that independent variable of socio cultural are social class (X1), references group (X2), family (X3), religiosity (X4), economy (X5), and comprehension of riba law (X6). The variable of religiosity (X4), economy (X5), and comprehension of riba law (X6) have impacts positive and significant on customer decision in choosing sharia bank. While the variable of social class (X1), reference group (X2) and family (X3) has no impact on customer decision in choosing sharia bank. %Z Drs. Akhmad Yusuf Khoiruddin, S.E., M.Si.
